5 Reasons Your Sciatica Is Related To Your Back Problem

I’m here to share with you 5 Reasons That Your Sciatica Problem Could Be Connected To Your Back Problem.
#1 – Herniated Discs
If you know that you have a herniated disc, like you’ve had an MRI in the past, or some doctor or somebody told you in the past that you have disc herniations, that’s a big sign that it could be contributing to your sciatica problem.
#2 – Sitting Causes More Leg Pain
If you notice that your leg starts to get more painful whenever you’re sitting for a long time, especially if you’re at a movie or sitting around dinner time.
Another one is sitting on the toilet.
A lot of times, people get instant symptoms within a few minutes, or a minute even where their leg starts to go numb, get achy and painful.
That’s another sign that it could be related to your back problem.
#3 – One-Sided Back Pain
If you’ve got pain kind of off to the side of the back, not right in the middle, but off to the side.
Kind of like right in here.
It’s usually just one side, either the left or the right, that’s another sign that your sciatica problem could be related to your back.
#4 – Cramping
This is a big one.
If you find that you’ve got cramping, like in the hamstring, in the calf, even into the foot.
A lot of people will have cramping in their foot muscles, in the arc of their foot, say when they first go to stand up.
Most of the time, they’ve mistaken this for plantar fasciitis.
If you’ve got any sort of cramping in the hamstring, in the calf muscle, or in the foot, that’s a big sign that that’s part of our sciatica and it could be coming from your back.
#5 – Standing Too Long Makes It Worse
If you find that if you’re standing for more than five or ten minutes, and your leg starts to bother you, that’s sign that there could be something in your back that has to do with gravity and the way that you’re standing and walking, and that could be setting you up for your sciatica symptoms.
If you find that you have to sit down after 10, 20 minutes, that is a huge sign that your back problem is setting you up to have sciatica issues.
