Engaging clients with a consistently positive attitude

Being masterful at creating a fun waiting room environment

Decorating the office for holidays

Going above and beyond to make clients comfortable and feel taken care of

Independent with learning new technology & software

Experience with spreadsheets & data entry

Scheduling using online system

Taking payments

Communicating on social media according to our style

Keeping the clinic area clean and organized

Occasionally tend to inbound/outbound phone calls

Communicate with clients via written emails and text messages

Development of skills/knowledge for continual optimization of the role

Respect and maintain the privacy and dignity of patients

Assure patient confidentiality

Qualifications for the Front Desk Role:

High school graduate

Neat, professional appearance

Typing >50 wpm

Willing to learn new things

Someone who doesn’t need to be told to help, they know to help.

Coachable
