Clinic / studio tours are available to all UTEP physical therapy students interested in a career in orthopedic manual physical therapy. Strategically planning your last clinical rotation to be closest to the specialty you'd like to end up in is highly recommended. 

The best time to arrange a clinical placement is as soon as your school's clinical coordinator allows it! As of now we are only able to take 2-3 students per semester, and clinical rotations are usually locked in 1-2 years before they take place. This is because we require our clinical interns to be in their final clinical rotation due to the advanced skills that are covered in this rotation.

PT students interested in manual therapy who are entering their first semester are encouraged to tour our clinic / studio if considering taking the next step and arranging this as your final clinical rotation site.

We have a short supply of appointments for the summer 2024, so register immediately if you're interested.

Appointments might be in groups to accommodate more students into our limited time slots.

ABOUT OUR COMPANY

We are a physical therapy clinic in El Paso that focuses on empowering patients to stay healthy, active, and mobile while avoiding unnecessary surgery surgery 🔪, relying on medications 💊, or pain injections 💉.


We empower patients with education to equip them to understand what is happening in their body and how what they do throughout the day helps or hurts their problem.


We are a CASH-BASED, manual therapy specialty physical therapy clinic. This means we are out of network with insurance companies so we are in control (rather than insurance companies) to provide the service that our clients deserve. 🌟

Complete Focus on one patient at a time, as we see each patient for 30-60 minutes of one-to-one treatments.

Mentorship by a Fellowship Trained Manual Physical Therapist. (This is really hard to find -> few students get this level of training. Students usually leave our clinic better prepared than many PTs out there with years of practice 😲)

WHO SHOULD APPLY FOR THIS CLINICAL EXPERIENCE?

Students looking for advanced mentorship to grow and learn skills beyond basic PT school (only for the last clinical rotation).
Students looking to spend time actually learning new things everyday (rather than treating as many patients as possible each day).
You want to learn more about Manual Physical Therapy which includes advanced joint and soft-tissue manipulation as well as advanced exercise prescription and advanced diagnostic PT skills. (It’s our evaluation and treatment process which helps us to get to the SOURCE of the problem, then quickly progress the patient to get them back to their life and the things they want to do.)
You do not like working for corporations, you are looking for more of a family feel.
You want to get on the ground floor of working for a cash pay practice, so you can spend time with the patients and not the paperwork and headaches of dealing with insurance companies.
